Live Courageously!

"I know the world whispers in your ear that what you possess defines who you are, and what you look like determines your worth. This is a lie, My love. The generations to come will never remember you for the things you accumulate or the efforts you placed in your appearance. In fact, the harder you strive to collect more things and to perfect your image, the more insecure you will be about who you are and why you are here. I am in you and you are in Me. I will give you all that you need. Now go and walk through your world in confidence that I've uniquely equipped you with all you need to impact the lives of those around you forever!
                          Love,
                             Your King and your Confidence"

This quote is from the Book His Princess, Love letters from your King by Sheri Rose Shepherd. Such an amazing book of devotionals and reminders to his precious ones on earth. I could probably write a novel over my opinions on the things written in this book. Amazing! I found this picture on Pinterest and fell in Love. It is a wonderful reminder to us girls that we are daughters of the king... which makes us Princesses. He came and died on the cross in order to pursue us and have a relationship with us and to love us. Don't let the weight of the world and heaviness of the confining stereotypes belittle you. We should live each and every day with so much confidence.

"Live courageously because we can't lose!"

There is so much truth behind that. Every morning that we awaken and greet we can smile at because we know that the day has already been won. The battle is over. We don't have to walk around with fear or guilt or shame or worries or anxiety because all of it have already been defeated. The Lord overcame the world. He overcame it all.

"Because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world!"
        - 1 John 4:4

Smile and embrace his love and Joy for today and all the days to follow that we are blessed with. There are no fears and nothing to worry about. Walk with confidence and not with fear. You, daughters (and sons) of the king, have the greatest power surrounding, protecting and loving you. Lift your head high and embrace his love, mercy and glory. Don't let the perfect shining crown fall off of your head because of the weight of the world. Because of HIM you are stronger than all of that!

Smile, hold your head high and walk with confidence today! :)
